Because our clip packs are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final.

 

No refunds or exchanges

Once a download link has been sent, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange, since the files can be accessed and saved immediately.

 

Exceptions

We will gladly help if you received a corrupted or unusable file, you were charged for an order that never generated a download link, or you purchased the wrong pack by mistake and have not yet downloaded it.

 

In these cases, reach out to us on TikTok @faris.4k within 48 hours of your purchase and we will make it right with a replacement or credit.
